About

I'm Kate,

I was lucky enough to grow up in the seaside town of Esperance and have the best beaches in the world at my doorstep.

I’ve moved around WA a little bit, to the big smoke to study, FIFO to Newman, back to Esperance, to Albany to marry my love, Neill and like a little boomerang, back to Esperance to settle in to Motherhood.

In 2020, I became a Mum and have thoroughly enjoyed dedicating 2021 to pouring my heart into my family. In 2022 I am easing back into work outside the home, starting with consulting both online and at my beloved Bradshaws Pharmacy in Esperance.

I've spent the last 10 years studying, learning, practicing and integrating nutrition and herbal medicine

My aim, when I left my country roots to study the Bachelor of Health Science in the big smoke, was always to come back home and share my knowledge. I wanted to be part of making my community a healthier one, I felt the need to help people to feel empowered enough to take responsibility of their own health.

There are a few things that shape the way I live my life and practice as a naturopath & nutritionist.

I’m a farmer’s daughter, which I think is where my pragmatic approach to my work comes from.

I aim to be a conscious consumer, not just because I see the mammoth effect that is needed for food production, but because we only have one body to live in and one planet to live on.

I love a short mac in the morning, a chardonnay in the evening and much to my own detriment, firmly believe that life is too short for terrible tasting food.

I'm an open book

I don't receive commissions

Many naturopaths make money from the supplements and functional pathology tests they prescribe. Not me. I am paid entirely based on my time and knowledge.

Your secrets are safe

No small town talk here, privacy policies are serious business. Just so you know, I choose client management software that have cyber security at the forefront.
