The yawn. The nose pick. It’s just too much. Nothing can truly foolproof you in the wild ride of post partum, but with 3.5 kids between us, @esperanceyoga and I will be sharing what we have found useful for pregnancy and post partum through the lens of our yoga + nutrition expertise. Project Fill-the-freezer has begun! I love having Project Fill-the-freezer has begun! I love having freezer friendly snacks on hand ready for the breastfeeding season. This is a new recipe for me, a cannellini bean blondie with sugar free white chocolate drops & raspberry. It’s soft & chewy and just the right amount of sweetness! Can’t imagine how tricky it would have been without all the preggo yoga I’ve learnt from @esperanceyoga !
